At AJ Store we want you to love what you buy. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
General Return & Exchange Policy
* Returns and exchanges are accepted *within 7 days* of the delivery date.
Replacement policy- Replacement /Exchange orders will be delivered within 7 Days business days
* Products must be *unused, unworn, unwashed*, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
* Items must be returned with the *original invoice or order confirmation email*.
* Only *one exchange per order* is allowed.
* Exchanges are subject to *product availability*.
* If the product is out of stock, a *credit note or refund* will be issued.
* *Return shipping costs* are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.
* In case of any *damage during transit*, please raise a complaint with customer service within *24 hours* of delivery.
* *No returns/exchanges* on *sale items*, *final clearance*, or *gift cards*.
* Items with *personal customization* (like name printing, altered sizes) are *non-returnable*.
Kurtis Return/Exchange Policy
* Kurtis can be returned or exchanged within *7 days* of delivery.
* They must be *unworn, unwashed*, and have the *tags attached*.
* Sizing issues are eligible for *size exchanges only*.
* Stitching or fabric defects are eligible for *replacement or refund*.
* Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is *not considered valid for return*.
* Custom-stitched kurtis are *not eligible* for return or exchange.
Shoes Return/Exchange Policy
* Shoes must be returned *in original shoe box/packaging*.
* Try on shoes indoors to ensure fit before deciding to keep.
* Shoes must be in *original condition*—no scuff marks or dirt.
* Size exchanges are allowed for **same style and color** only.
* If the shoe is defective or the wrong item was sent, return shipping is *free*.
* Worn or altered shoes will *not be accepted* under any circumstances.
* Please include all tags and the branded shoe box while returning.
Cosmetics Return Policy
* Due to hygiene and safety concerns, *cosmetics are not returnable* unless:
* The product is *damaged upon arrival*.
* A *wrong item* was shipped.
* The product is *expired or leaking* at the time of delivery.
* To be eligible for return, send *photo proof* within *24 hours of delivery*.
* Used or opened cosmetic products will **not be accepted** for return.
* For valid returns, the product must be sent back in *sealed condition* with original packaging.
Accessories Return/Exchange Policy
* Accessories (jewelry, bags, belts, sunglasses, etc.) are eligible for return/exchange if:
* The item is *damaged*, defective, or not as described.
* You notify us within *48 hours* of delivery.
* Item must be *unused* and returned in original box/pouch.
* *Earrings and pierced jewelry* are *non-returnable* for hygiene reasons.
* Minor design or color variation due to lighting is *not a valid reason* for return.
T-Shirts Return/Exchange Policy
* T-shirts are eligible for *size exchange* or return if:
* The item is *unworn, unwashed*, and has *tags attached*.
* You notify us within *7 days* of delivery.
* Fading or shrinkage due to improper washing is *not covered* under returns.
* If the wrong design, print, or color is received, we will issue a *free replacement*.
* Customized t-shirts (e.g., with names, slogans) are *non-refundable*.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Go to the "My Orders" section of your account on our website.
2. Select the item you wish to return/exchange and click on "Request Return" or "Request Exchange".
3. Provide a *reason* for the return/exchange and upload photos if necessary.
4. Our team will review your request within *24–48 hours*.
5. Once approved, you will receive:
A return shipping label, or Instructions for *self-shipping*, depending on the location.
6. Pack the product safely and drop it off at the nearest courier partner or schedule a pickup.
7. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your *exchange, refund, or credit* within *5–7 working days*.
Refund Policy
* Refunds will be processed to the *original payment method* or via *store credit*.
* In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via *bank transfer or store credit*.
* Refunds are processed after the product passes our *quality check*.
* Allow *5–7 business days* for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Used or worn garments and footwear.
Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products.
Personalized or customized items.
Innerwear, earrings, and hygiene-sensitive products.
Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased with special offers.
