Service Area: We currently ship across India and select international locations (based on product type and supplier availability).
Products Covered: Kurtis, shoes, cosmetics, accessories, t-shirts, jeans, health & wellness products, quirky home essentials, seeds, and gift items.
Fulfillment Method: Orders are fulfilled directly by our third-party suppliers (dropshipping model) to optimize delivery time and cost.
🔹 2. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing Time: 1–7 business days.
Some products (like personalized gifts or made-to-order items) may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
🔹 3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping (India): ₹49 – ₹149 depending on product category and total cart value.
Free Shipping: On prepaid orders above ₹999.
International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.
Please note: Some products may carry additional charges for remote area deliveries or bulk quantities.
🔹 4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp (if opted in).
You can also track your order anytime through the “My Orders” section of your AJ Store account.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after dispatch, depending on the courier.
🔹 5. Partial Shipments
As we use multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking details.
🔹 6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to:
COVID-19 restrictions
Natural calamities or weather conditions
Regional strikes or government regulations
Customs clearance (for international orders)
In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or SMS.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including landmarks or building numbers.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be delayed or returned.
In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will usually retry or contact you before returning the product to the warehouse.
🔹 9. P.O. Boxes & Restricted Locations
P.O. Box Addresses: Not supported.
Military Areas / High-Security Zones: Delivery may not be available or may take additional time. You will be notified at checkout if your address is restricted.
🔹 10. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
🔹 11. Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is unclaimed or undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs:
It may be returned to the supplier or destroyed.
Reshipping costs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

Seeds: Only shipped within India due to agricultural import/export regulations.
Cosmetics & Liquids: International shipping may be restricted depending on local policies.
Gifts containing batteries or magnets may face restrictions in international air shipping.
🔹 13. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is:
Lost in transit: Please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
Delivered but not received: Check with your neighbors or building reception. If still unresolved, contact our support team.
Received damaged: Report to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We’ll coordinate with the supplier to issue a replacement or refund.
