3. Product Information
We offer a wide range of dropshipped products, including:
a. Kurtis, T-Shirts, and Jeans
Products are sourced from third-party vendors. Sizes and measurements may slightly vary by supplier.
Colors may appear slightly different on screen due to lighting and display variations.

b. Shoes and Fashion Accessories
Footwear and accessories such as bags, belts, jewelry, scarves, etc., are brand-new and shipped from supplier warehouses.
Check sizing charts and product details before ordering.

c. Cosmetics and Personal Care
These include skincare, makeup, and grooming products.
For hygiene reasons, these are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective on arrival.

d. Health & Wellness
Products include supplements, herbal remedies, essential oils, yoga tools, and more.
AJ Store does not claim medical effectiveness or make health guarantees.
Always consult a doctor before using wellness products.

4. Order Process
When you place an order, we transmit your request to the relevant third-party supplier(s) for fulfillment.
Orders are subject to product availability, supplier capacity, and region-wise shipping capability.
Once the supplier confirms the order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation.
AJ Store is not responsible for cancellations by suppliers due to stock unavailability or shipping restrictions.

5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change at any time based on supplier costs or market changes.
Payments are accepted via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (if available).
Payment gateways are secure and compliant with PCI DSS regulations.

Orders will not be confirmed or processed until payment is completed successfully.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Since AJ Store operates on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly by third-party suppliers, which may result in:
Separate deliveries for products in one order.
Longer delivery times (7–15 business days or more depending on the supplier’s location).
Estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page but may vary.
Tracking information will be shared once available from the supplier.
AJ Store is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, customs, or supplier issues.

7. Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the dropshipping nature of our service:
Clothing (kurtis, t-shirts, jeans, shoes): Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
Cosmetics and Health Products: Non-returnable unless the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item received.
Accessories: Returnable if damaged or incorrect item delivered.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@ajstore.com with your order ID, item name, and issue details.

8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or dispatched by the supplier.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
If a supplier is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you and issue a full refund within 7–10 business days.

9. Product Warranty and Liability
Since products are shipped by external suppliers, AJ Store does not provide a direct warranty.
Any applicable warranties are subject to the policies of the supplier or brand.
AJ Store is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or incorrect product usage.

10. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
AJ Store is not liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to protect your login information.
