We offer refunds under specific conditions. Please read the policy in detail for product-specific terms. To qualify for a refund: Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 Days business.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is mandatory.
In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items, clear photos or videos must be submitted for verification.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Reason for refund
Photos/videos in case of defect or damage
3. Wait for our team to verify your request. This process may take 3–5 business days.
4. Once approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Product Category-Specific Refund Policies
a) Kurtis, T-Shirts, Jeans & Apparel
Refunds are applicable for items that are:
Damaged in transit
Incorrect size or style (if different from what was ordered)
Manufacturing defects
No refund will be issued for:
Size-related dissatisfaction unless it differs from the size chart
Products that are worn, washed, or stained
Orders returned without prior approval
Note: Size charts are provided for all apparel. Please review before purchasing.
b) Shoes & Footwear
Refunds will be issued for:
Damaged or broken soles, straps, or heels
Incorrect size or style delivered
Not eligible for refund if:
The shoes show signs of wear
Minor color or design variation due to screen resolution
c) Cosmetics & Personal Care
Due to hygiene concerns, refunds on cosmetics are very limited.
Refund is allowed only if:
Product is sealed and unused
Item was received damaged, broken, or leaking
You received the wrong product
No refund for:
Opened, used, or tested cosmetics
Allergy or skin sensitivity issues (perform patch test before use)
d) Fashion Accessories (Bags, Jewelry, Belts, etc.)
Refund applicable for:
Broken or damaged item
Wrong product sent
Not eligible if:
Item was used or mishandled
You change your mind
e) Kitchen Products & Tools
Refund is accepted if:
Product is defective, broken in transit, or does not function as advertised
Not eligible for refund if:
The product has been used or shows wear
Packaging is missing or damaged due to customer mishandling
f) Health & Wellness Products (Supplements, Herbal Items, etc.)
Refunds allowed only if:
You receive an expired or damaged product
Seals are intact and product is unused
No refunds for:
Opened bottles, used capsules, or unsealed supplements
Claims of ineffectiveness, as results vary from person to person
g) Seeds & Gardening Products
Refund eligible for:
Damaged packaging or expired seeds
Wrong product received
Not eligible if:
Germination results are unsatisfactory
Opened seed packets
h) Digital Courses & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of courses and downloadable content are final.
No refund once access is granted or the file is downloaded
Refund may be considered only if:
You paid but never received access
There was a duplicate transaction

4. Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following items are not eligible for any refund:
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Gift cards or promo vouchers
Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or negligence
Orders returned without prior authorization
5. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ajstore.in.
6. Cancellation & Order Changes
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed.
Once processed, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If you entered the wrong address, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address.
7. Return Shipping
In most cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or wrong.
AJ Store will provide the return address via email once the refund is approved.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
8. AJ Store Rights & Discretion
AJ Store reserves the right to:
Deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy
Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
Offer store credits or partial refunds in some cases as a goodwill gesture
